Born and raised in the heart of our city, Patrick has led a life marked by unwavering dedication to community, service, and innovation. Patrick graduated from the United States Air Force Academy. He went on to serve as an F-15E Strike Eagle Weapons Systems Officer and was awarded the prestigious Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism.

After serving his country with honor, Patrick earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business then returned to his hometown where he found success in business, investing in Appalachia’s energy, infrastructure, and technology industries. Patrick's story is a testament to his deep-rooted love for his hometown. He has spent his career in the private sector dedicated to growing and diversifying Huntington’s economy and reversing the city's population decline. This isn't just a campaign promise; it's a reflection of Patrick’s belief that the place he calls home should be a haven for future generations.

But it's not just his service, education, and business acumen that set Patrick apart. He's deeply involved in his community. His roles as a board member for Marshall University, the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the West Virginia Economic Development Authority, and the West Virginia Veterans Council reflect his dedication to making a difference.
